Announcement of a REIA collaboration with LandLordOps providing AI tools for rent collection, maintenance, and tenant communication to help small portfolio landlords operate more efficiently, with special access for REIA members. REIA of Washington Launches TechPulse to Bridge Technology and Real Estate Investing – Announcement of TechPulse by REIA, a new educational initiative focused on technology tools such as Excel, Mail Merge, AI automation, data analytics, and IFTTT to help investors improve operations and efficiency.
