Interim Financing
Understanding Buy Before You Sell
Fellow REIA Member George Pressley of Green Path Real Estate and Integrity First Mutual Mortgage joins us to provide education on the financing capabilities of buying before you sell.
Interim funds can be used to purchase the next property - before your current flip, or your short or term hold has sold - using funds from the unsold property. Do you have an unsold 2 - 4 unit property? Interim funds work there too. You can turn your offer into a true cash equivalent with no contingencies for financing, appraisal or sale.

George Pressley is a Charter Member of REIA with more than four decades of experience in the real estate industry, currently serving both as a real estate broker for Green Path Real Estate and in mortgage lending as the Designated Broker of Integrity First Mutual Mortgage. He is committed to providing service that is above and beyond expectations and works with utmost integrity that is beyond reproach.
George has extensive mortgage banking and real estate experience, conducting acquisition feasibility studies and analyzing financial documents such as bank statements, profit and loss statements, balance sheets, tax returns, trusts, notes, deeds and other financial contracts for individuals and business entities.
He hails from New York and achieved a Bachelor of Arts from Hunter College in the Bronx and a Master of Urban Planning degree from the University of Washington. George is a valued REIA Member and frequent REIA educator.

Registration and Prepayment Deadlines
• Registration is now open! This meeting is available to REIA Members and Non-Members with registration.
• Prepayment Required. This meeting is complimentary for REIA Members with registration. Guests will be billed $25 for the Non-Member Event Fee at the email address within your registration. Payments are due no later than 11:00 AM on meeting day and may be fully applied to a REIA Membership when joining or renewing at or before the meeting.
• Thursday, January 15th. Registration closes at 12 Noon.
• Thursday, January 15th. All event fees are payable no later than 1:00 PM. Sorry, we do not accept payment of Event Fees at the meeting.
Meeting day is Thursday, January 15th! Plan to arrive by 5:30 PM to check in and get in some networking time before the speaker begins. Bring your questions!

This REIA Tacoma Chapter Meeting is complimentary for REIA Members with registration. Guests are welcome and attend for $25 with registration, all of which may be applied to a REIA Membership when joining at or prior to the meeting. A payment link will be sent by email to those registered with an event fee due several days before the meeting.
