  REIA is a non-profit Real Estate Investors Association of Professional Real Estate Investors of all levels of experience managed by volunteers--your fellow investors.

Our mission is to provide education, resources and networking that are second to none in a local Membership-Focused organization to give Real Estate Investors the tools needed to make ethical, sound real estate investment decisions.  We offer resources and tools to investors at all levels, from newbies to seasoned investors, along with many of the professionals needed to make our real estate investing teams complete!

REIA offers experts that you can use in your real estate investing business-from the experts who give our monthly presentations to the Business Associates who offer products and services for your teams to small focus groups that help it all make sense.  REIA rigorously promotes education, ethics and integrity in investing...traits that are too important to overlook from our perspective but too often are.  REIA IS NOT yesterdays hype and hard sell--we genuinely want our Members to REACH THEIR GOALS!

REIA is proud to be a Member of the National Association of Responsible Home Rebuilders and Investors, or NARHRI.  NARHRI is a Washington, D.C.-based association representing independent real estate investors, state real estate investor clubs, real estate speakers, and corporations with interests in real estate investing. NARHRI's goal is to unify honest, professional investors and protect consumer interests, while at the same time defending the industry from over-zealous legislative and regulatory proposals. NARHRI's goal is to educate investors, lawmakers, government officials and the media about the benefits of the industry and the best practices for weeding-out rogue investors.

• The REIA Monthly Meeting is held on the second Monday of all months except December.  Our Monthly Meetings are held from 6:00 - 9:00 PM with one full hour of networking with other investors of all levels.  Join us during our networking hour to meet Business Associates for information and as prospective participants in your real estate investing and business teams.  The remainder of the Monthly Meeting is devoted to education from Experts who speak to our Members and Guests on a variety of topics.  Check out this month's speaker and topic!
• Education - local and national experts and fellow investors teach you aspects of the real estate investing industry to help you boost your income and keep it...and have fun along the way!  REIA focuses on assignments, wholesaling, flips, foreclosures, preforeclosures, short sales, lease / options, landlording, abandoned properties, distressed properties, "ugly" (and pretty!) houses, probates, land development, mobile / manufactured homes, mobile home parks, self storage, commercial real estate, multi-family properties--any and all ways to creatively buy, sell and finance properties!  Topics on those subjects as well as asset protection, accounting for real estate investors, business credit, credit repair, financing, marketing, home staging and rehabbing are frequently on our schedule!
• Networking - events held by REIA offer the opportunity to network and meet other like-minded investors and entrepreneurs on a regular basis.  Networking is another tool that encourages our Members to stay motivated and continue brainstorming new ideas to maximize investing approaches, methods and profits!
• Team Building - meet local and national investor-friendly businesses.  Our Business Associates display their products and services, offer Member Discounts, avail themselves to answer questions and frequent our Monthly Meeting so you can meet with them personally.  Meet businesses that make an impact on your business, from money lenders to real estate attorneys to title companies and more.
• Special Members Only education opportunities - whether you are looking for a class in contract law, a Business Associate in another area of the State or specialized training in a specific area, chances are good that you will find it at REIA!   

• REIA Master Mind Groups are smaller round table discussion groups offered to Members that meet once a month.  Current topics include REOs, "Dealmakers", Commercial and Multi-Family Investing and "REI 101" (the basics), coupled with Wholesaling.

REIA will reward Members with some GREAT prizes for referring new Members to REIA!  The "official rules"  will be added to this website sometime this month, so check back often!  Here's a hint:  we're looking for sponsors to add their prizes to ours.  You know, things like Luaus, snorkles, etc.  Hmmmm....
