Property Management Assistant
Fellow REIA Member Bryan Edelman, Founder of LandLordOps, joins us to introduce Leo, an AI-Driven Property Management Assistant. Leo was created for independent landlords with 5 - 100 units. It is simpler and more affordable than the programs most of us are using.
AI, or Artificial Intelligence, is something all of us are encountering more and more, with good reason. The efficiency of automation can be a time and cost saver that most of us could benefit from but haven't had an opportunity to try in property management. Now we do!
This webinar is a precursor to the next one. During this webinar, we will discover Leo's capabilities. Leo can handle rent collection, tenant communication and maintenance tracking on autopilot. His mission is to simplify property management and resultantly make owner's lives more stress-free and profitable.

Bryan Edelman is a fellow REIA Member, Founder and Builder with deep experience in AI and startups, having led engineering and product at Y Combinator and a16z-backed companies, TD Ameritrade’s Exploration Lab, and DreamWorks’ first VR projects.
He created LandLordOps to give independent landlords the same advantages as big property managers: rent collection, tenant communication, and maintenance tracking on autopilot. His mission: make property management simple, stress-free, and profitable for everyday landlords.
