Wholesaling, or Assignment of Contract, is a tool that real estate investors at all levels of education and experience often utilize throughout their real estate investing journey through a constantly evolving industry.
Wholesalers don't typically pay exorbitant amounts of earnest money, obtain financing to close the deal or swing a hammer. Wholesaler's find, negotiate and contract deals and sell those contracts to, typically, flippers and landlords.
Does Wholesaling work in our current environment? Inflation, recession and a very much changed, and still changing market? You bet it does! Many sellers are more inclined to sign with a Wholesaler because of it. Have we updated some of our strategies and tools to improve our outcomes? Certainly.
Are we using a variety of marketing and deal sourcing means, some of which we didn't often use in the past? Absolutely.
REIA is moving to a new web platform at the end of March! Our web address will remain www.REIAwa.com. April events are being added to the new platform and will not appear on the calendar on this website beyond April 1st.

REIA was founded and is managed by real estate investors and is volunteer managed. We meet regularly to stay informed and educated, network, share resources, build real estate investing teams, exchange information. Our Membership buys, sells, rents, manages and renovates real estate including mobile homes in parks, single family dwellings, multi-family properties of all sizes and commercial real estate. We learn from active real estate investors, REIA Business Members and governmental agencies and maintain a high rate of active real estate investors. We do not invite 'gurus' to speak at REIA and resultantly are said to have many more Members succeeding in real estate investing than most associations in the country.
